What do you do when it rains?

It seems that the rain has been almost solid for a week here, we have had lots. I get to the point where I need to go out, Emily is the same. We have barely ventured out all week, I miss the park! We have baked, painted, played, watched movies, cleaned, play doughed, and done all listed several times.....we are bored! The view we have had for what seems like forever!





So today after our visitors had gone and the car was fixed in between down pours....yay! Emily decided a picnic was in order and asked for some crisps. She sweetly gathered her supplies in her pushchair. Baby Toby, her quilt, juice and a few little toys and asked if I would join her. So we set off, me with plates in my hand and her with the pushchair for our picnic in the front room.

We set up and the feast of Pom Bears and juice began...BTW this is my new most treasured photo in the world. It is just so adorable and I cannot wait to frame it. Sweet love xoxo

I, on the other hand decided a little homemade banana loaf would be more suited for my snack.

They did a little dancing......

Before packing up, Emily put Peppa to bed and got Baby Toby ready in his pushchair to go shopping at Tesco. A fun day had by all I think (Shopping was a exception....not fun at all).
