To be honest............

I could of lied and said 'oh dear it has been a while since I last blogged, how I have missed it' But I want to be honest and say I have not blogged for a while because I have not wanted to. I have not missed spending hours on the internet catching up. I read over 300 blogs and it eats into my precious time, time I don't really have. I want to spend my time doing things I need to do. I need to enjoy this lovely weather with Emily and Steve. I need to tend to the garden, I have so much to do out there to ensure a bountiful harvest. I need to take more photos and practise like crazy.

I have piles of unfinished projects to do. I have a dress for me, one for Emily, a pillowcase and pyjama case for her too. I have a bag to make from my hexies. I still have my Easter bunting to finish and display. I want to finish a layout that has been sat on my desk for a week and make more. I want finish the spring clear, sell the rest of the Ebay stuff and make some money.

 I want to relax in my garden with cushions and blankets on the newly laid grass in the sunshine reading a book and playing with Emily, I want to be planting seeds and nurturing my babies. Yes, Emily is included in that one not just the plants.

Spring in all its glory.

I want to find time to get my head back into healthy eating and make time for exercise again. I need to have a break from being on the computer and just enjoy time so that is what I plan to do for a few weeks.

In other news, just to catch up. I had a lovely birthday and was spoilt rotten. Oh to be 21 again!!! I got lots of money and I have brought a few new summer clothes with it, I got a fantastic gardening book called The Edible Garden by Alys Fowler and woohoo I got a new Oilily bag. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary with a lovely meal and a potter around the garden center, yay! I cannot believe a year has already past but it feels like we did it forever ago. Love that sweet hubby of mine to death.

I am really looking forward to the weekend as we are having a family Easter egg hunt at the woods with a big picnic (diet starts Monday) I have made some fabric bunting for the trees and am going to make some paper doily ones too. We are going away with my Mum, her hubby Mick, my Sister and Ra next month for 4 days to Haven, so I have that to look forward too and Steve's Dad is coming home next month for a long over due visit too. Also have a couple of boot sales planned for a little retail thrifting. Oh happy days.
