Hooray............summer at last!

Summer has finally hit....okay so it is still patchy and we have had plenty of rain but the plabbly pool has been out and we have had lots of fun enjoying Mr Sunshine. I thought I would do a quick catch up and say hello as it has been a while and I wanted to share some photos and a sneak peek of a layout I have done for Colorful Creations as a July guest DT member. I was asked last year if I wanted a spot and I forgot all about it. I will share the full layout once it has gone live and also some of Emily's journal. I have even brought a Polaroid PoGo printer so I can quickly print out small 2x3 and pop it straight into it. I am looking forward to the postie coming!!



Sneak Peek: Colorful Creations July Guest DT layout.

  So onto my photos capturing summer. I have been playing with sun flare and been very good and using manual settings. My SOOC images are so much better, I must admit!

 Memmy at Granna's. She was supposed to be bathing Baby Toby but took a fancy to it herself.

 Dandelion....a photo for Emily. She often asks me to take shots of random things.....sweet.

 Playing with chalk.....okay so I wrote hello but she did tell me it was a park with a slide and numbers!

 We walked to Granna's and found this lone poppy bobbing in the breeze.....photo op taken.

 Another for Emily. I must love her because it was so hard to get into focus as the sun was blasting on it and I could only get it from this position as it was on a bridge......so apple juice came out and yes, I spat on it to highlight it a little......the things we do for our children and admittedly a photo for me.

So there you have it, a quick update. I will try and make the next one a little longer with some of my sewing projects to share, I am short of time tonight as I have a sewing project that needs finishing and a film to watch. I am having a hour blog catch up tomorrow night, so expect a little hello from me. I am excited to see what you have all been up too.
